2. Your Agreement with Us

By using our website, contacting us, or signing up for any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Every project begins only after:

  • A written service agreement/contract is signed
  • A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place to protect your ideas and materials
  • The agreed initial payment is received

Together, these documents outline the full scope of work, responsibilities, pricing, and delivery process.

3. Eligibility

To work with us or purchase our services, you must be legally able to enter into a contract according to the laws of your country.

4. What We Offer (Our Services)

  • Ghostwriting and writing assistance
  • Editing, proofreading, and manuscript polishing
  • Book cover design, interior formatting, and illustrations
  • Publishing support for platforms like Amazon KDP, B&N Press, IngramSpark, etc.
  • Book marketing, promotions, and launch support
  • Audiobook narration and production
  • Author branding, consultation, and strategy

Services may be purchased individually, as bundled packages, or as ongoing retainers.

5. Ownership of Work

  • All work we create for you—including manuscripts, designs, illustrations, formatted interiors, book covers, and final files—belongs entirely to you.
  • We do not claim authorship or request royalties or publishing rights.
  • You have complete ownership and control of your book, now and in the future.
  • We may ask for permission to share your project in our portfolio or marketing materials, but only with your explicit written consent.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate instructions, notes, and required materials
  • Respond to questions, drafts, and approval requests within reasonable timelines
  • Communicate any changes or concerns clearly

If we do not hear from you for an extended period (as defined in your contract), your project may be paused or closed. A reactivation fee may apply if you wish to resume after a long period of inactivity.

7. SMS Terms and Opt-In Process

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary.
  • Data Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to opt out of receiving further messages.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance with SMS messages.

8. Revisions & Changes

Every project includes a set number of revision rounds, clearly explained in your contract. Please submit revision requests within the timeframe specified after receiving each draft or deliverable. Revisions requested after that window may incur additional charges.

9. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Before Work Begins: If no work has been started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • After Work Has Started: Once we begin working on your project, refunds are generally not available.
  • After Publishing: No refunds can be issued once your book has been published or submitted to any platform.
  • Quality & Delivery Issues: If the final product does not meet agreed specifications, we will revise and correct it. If still unresolved, we may offer a partial refund.
  • Delays: Refunds for delays caused by us are handled case-by-case. Delays caused by client actions are not our responsibility.

10. Payment Terms

Payments may be made in full upfront or via agreed milestone payments. Work begins only after the initial payment is received. All payments are final unless stated otherwise in the refund section or your contract.

11. Legal Notes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time. Any major updates will be posted on this page, and the latest version will always apply.
